I want my students to safely be able to sit on the floor. Having yoga mats will allow my students to be out of their desk and have a space of their own on the ground. These mats will be sanitized each day to help keep my students healthy. Having these yoga mats will allow for a safe, fun, and flexible way for students to learn in the classroom this year. Having students sitting in desks all day long is not the environment I want to have in my classroom. I want my students to be able to feel at home in our classroom and be able to sit around the room. The desks will be used quite a bit, but by having yoga mats my students can be out of their desk at different times during the day.
