These materials will make a difference in my classroom because we now have social distancing protocols to put into place while still trying to teach whole group lessons. The carpet will allow my students to have a specific place to sit during lessons which will help them socially distance. I have students with ADHD and attention issues. The fidget cushions will allow them an acceptable way to fidget while learning. They can be used on the floor or in a chair, and they can be easily moved around the room as students transition from one area to another.
