DrumFit is a cardio-based drumming program that combines physical activity with brain fitness. The resulting fun increases students' overall well-being. DrumFit is an inclusive and adaptable program for students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. There is no learning curve and no wrong way to feel the beat and drum! Students grab their drumsticks, choose a ball, and drum away to amazing music while incorporating FUN brain fitness activities! DrumFit increases mental capabilities while allowing for improvement in students' motor skills. DrumFit will allow me to incorporate fine motor skills, reflexes, spatial awareness, cognitive association, and other brain fitness activities into my classes.
