I am fortunate enough to teach in an educational system that is full of opportunities. Each classroom is 1 to 1, therefore, technology is used on a daily basis. This iPad and Apple Pencil will allow me to be more mobile in my classroom and utilize my projector/smartboard at the same time. My students will also be able to utilize this new tool. Through the Ipad and use of Google Earth students will be able to take virtual tours of different ancient locations we will be discussing. Instead of having to hover around my computer and/or lead instruction from the back of the classroom, this Ipad will allow me to move more freely and comfortably around my classroom. This will allow me to have more interactions with my students while I am guiding their instruction through my projector or smartboard.
