With our Special Education program being new within the school, we are in search of materials that are accessible for our students to play with safely at recess. We currently have students who utilize wheelchairs but do not have an accessible playground. Every child deserves to be able to enjoy playing with their peers outdoors, therefore we want to be able to provide safe opportunities among the pandemic for our students to play with each other. Our students no matter their physical ability, will be able to have all of our students play together with the materials you are funding during our recess. We are hoping to receive items that will allow our students to play, laugh, and enjoy their time in the outdoors while safely maintaining social distancing, all while enjoying being a kid.
