Many of my students read below grade level. Some of them come from homes where there are no books, magazines, or other reading materials available on their educational level. The only texts that many of my students are exposed to are the ones that they have access to at school. Having high quality texts in my classroom that are available, including diverse topics, and meet the varied learning needs of my students is critical to cultivating successful, lifelong learners. A classroom subscription to Storyworks would help me in planning and delivering instruction using relevant, engaging, differentiated, standards-aligned texts to support my students in growing as whole learners and mastering our state's standards.

About my class
