These hands-on science projects will help students find love for learning and exploring new things. Students are more engaged with items to explore. I want my students to find joy in what we do. These items will allow students to explore, create, and become better problem solvers. Students will be more motivated to learn and find their own passions. I am so excited to see what comes from each unit. The UV beads will be used for students to create something around them to prevent sunlight from reaching them. Their goal is to see who can create something to have the beads change colors the least. The magnets will be used for exploration to see what materials are magnetic and what are not. They will also be used for paper clip scavenger hunts and other experiments as well. The miracle snow will be used to talk about properties of matter and compare it to real snow. They can also use it in sensory bins. The 3Doodler will allow students to learn about 3D shapes and create their own. The tiles will help students be creative in their thinking to build whatever they want. Finally, the color change glasses will allow students to explore the mixing of colors. Every item will be tied directly to science units. Even more hands-on Science units will help students stay engaged and foster a love for learning. We would be so thankful to receive any support for our classroom!
