With new safety guidelines, students will be unable to share classroom materials. We would like every student to have access to their own supplies to be able to take home, therefore I have requested one small jar of playdoh per student. Students will use the modelling clay to design various types of tissues in our histology unit. They also use it to model various biological processes, where they take pictures and design slideshows. We will use the glycerin and straws in a cell membrane lab. Students have a greater understanding of the vocabulary and steps of processes by modeling the concepts.
