Please help me help my students become critical thinkers and problem solvers! Visual art is a necessity for student growth by providing opportunities for critical, creative thinking and problem solving. With watercolor pencils, students will explore the amazing painting world along with drawing while developing keen observation and thinking skills. Art teaches students to observe the world more closely and this process of observation and study helps teach students to more closely observe and analyze the world around them—skills that make up the bedrock of critical thinking. This project requires students to observe, analyze, be patience, take risks, and embrace mistakes. The end goal is to give my students a chance to discover, explore, and grow through art.
