Students this age love to move around and in an effort to help them focus, flexible seating helps with this. We need to socially distance as much as educationally possibly, so the book bags allow each group to have their own bags with centers for them to use individually. Communication for them is important so the mailboxes help with distribution. Students will be responsible for themselves by knowing exactly where to get what they need. Finally, word writing will include kinesthetic experience by allowing students to draw their words in sand!
