Moving back to the classroom will be a hard journey for my 2nd Grade superheroes in training after being out of the school setting for at least 11 months! My eager to learn 2nd graders excel when they are able to add movement to their day. I want to incorporate alternate seating options throughout their day to encourage them as they make choices for their best learning with workspaces that match their personal needs! Wobble stools will help these students incorporate much-needed movement in an environment where our normal movement breaks like carpet time, sitting around the room, centers with stools, or scoop rockers are not possible. Providing wobble stools will help students as they build stamina, work through anxieties, improve focus for learning, allow movement breaks for individuals as needed, and create a fun environment for their growth.
