The high-interest books and materials purchased through this project will help facilitate a more inclusive, collaborative student environment on campus in the high school library. In addition to the many books purchased from minority authors, community-oriented material, such as puzzles, poetry magnets, and art projects, will help foster friendships and aid in the library's mission of becoming a welcoming space for students. We hope to build a space that allows for collaboration and encourages personal growth and intellectual development through available on-trend literature and engaging events that encourage active participation.

About my class
