My students have various disabilities. Often times, these disabilities make learning a challenge. The use of the Kindle Fire Tablet will allow my students the opportunity to engage using a touch screen device. They will be able to produce complete assignments, express themselves using communication apps, and participate independently in district digital programs. My students are unable to write, hold a pencil nor are they able to verbally communicate. The Kindle Fire Tablet will allow my students to use apps to name pictures, practice labeling common objects, learn basic core academics, and respond in the classroom.
