Second grade is such a critical point in the journey of learning to read. My students begin shifting from learning to read, to reading to learn! I need to foster this love of reading as much as possible while inside of the classroom and out of it. During this COVID crisis, my students are not able to share books in my classroom the way they used to. This means that book options are very limited right now. Having these materials will ensure my students have a variety of books to choose and learn from all year long!
