Extra foods will help with learning. Can't learn when hungry. Or having illness. We have very low income children and they need lots of extra daily. We try our best to meet those needs daily thru teachers and nurses. Hoping with our extra foods we can help those children who need it have better learning and improved health daily. When food supply is low at home I have more visits to nurse with health complaints and this will make such a difference. If needed I will be able to send small items home for snack.
