I am trying to build a science-themed library in my classroom. I want to show my students that there is another side to science besides what goes on in the classroom. I what my students to see that science can be exciting and even tell a story. The students in my school come from low-income families and often struggle to have a place to live and food to eat. I want to give my students a chance to not only improve their reading ability but also show them another side of science.
