Through hands-on science experiments, my students will learn valuable scientific processes, develop important skills, and ignite their love for STEM! I believe the children in my class are natural scholars, and when given the right tools they are motivated to become enthusiastic and self-motivated learners. However, one of our biggest challenges for maximizing their potential for success is funding for supplies and other resources to provide an efficient learning environment. Scientific thinking is a must for future student success as they learn critical thinking and problem solving skills. This is a great way to bring in real-world skills and engagement. With these owl pellets and supplies my students will be able to explore the world of science hands-on and develop a lifelong love of science through experimentation.
