The materials will make a difference in setting the tone for the power of yoga. Our school really needs new yoga mats. Especially in this pandemic, we cannot be sharing anything. Yoga helps our students be mindful, intentional will help grow the brain, but also our bodies. We can stretch, focus, and challenge ourselves all through yoga. When it's a yoga day, everyone gets excited! We set the environment to be calm and focused. I love to see students working hard. I see them falling but getting up and trying again. We can apply to so many different aspects!
