Imagine students from all over the world - India, Korea, Thailand,Japan, Mexico, Sweden, etc... - in a school located on the coast of beautiful central California. Our school is in paradise, but struggles with poverty, literacy, and basic needs. Not all of our students fall in this category, but many of them do. One of the unique things about our school is our diversity in culture and economics. The community has worked hard to embrace the long standing culture of our school and overcome any hardships that families may face. We have a community garden as well as many other programs that teach families about healthy living and literacy. In addition we have an arts program, after school care, and a preschool program. Our families see our school as the heart of the community!
