Due to COVID, our district has adopted a hybrid learning plan. Unfortunately, the techology given to math teachers is very difficult to present lessons with since the teacher's basic laptops are only equipped with a trackpad. Without a touchscreen or drawing tool, it is very difficult (almost impossible!) to show students how to solve a math problem or to draw diagrams related to Geometry (ie. Pythagorean Theorem, volume of 3d shapes). Instead, my writing comes out large and not readable, leading to both student frustration and my own. Purchasing this drawing tablet will allow me to easily annotate notes, help students with individual questions, and instruct students with legible examples. It will be a time-saver since I won't have to struggle writing (and solving) multi-step algebraic problems using the archaic trackpad we have been limited to. Please help my math students have an amazing virtual learning experience by providing this tablet to make their math lessons legible for them!!
