I teach several students with reading disabilities. They get easily frustrated and don't experience learning like their classmates. All students like to use their hands to create and often times the struggling readers shine during projects and hands on activities. My goal is to make learning a great experience for every student no matter what learning style is their strength. In using multiple learning strategies reaches all of my students. The best situation would be to have enough stations with hands on materials that fit several lessons for both science and math.
