I have two items on my wish list. The first item is an air purifier which will help keep the air clean during cooking labs and demonstrations. It will also provide a safe clean environment for the students and myself. It is important for the students to be able to practice their cooking skills and feel safe to come to school to be able to do the hands-on lab. The laptop stand will provide an effective way for me to record myself preparing a recipe where the students can view my stovetop, prep area, and myself at once. The students virtually at home will be able to feel like they were in class watching the demonstration with a front row seat. The recordings will also allow the students to pause the videos when needed to be able to complete the recipes at home for beginner cooks.
