This is my second year teaching in the Erie City School District. As an elementary teacher, my goal is to help all my students, regardless of background, reach their goals. These resources will help my students succeed. I believe that all students are capable of achieving great things. Some students just need more support. The phonics materials I am requesting will be used during intervention time to help struggling students. With the leveled readers, students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to practice reading independently at their own individual level. These materials will greatly help to enhance our classroom environment by making the learning skills more accessible and achievable to all students.
