Our 5th grade students are very passionate about learning and LOVE learning to write. They each learn in their own unique way whether that be visually, verbally, and/or hands-on. For this reason, we go through a plethora of copy paper and anchor charts which we use almost daily. We use the copy paper in many different ways such as publishing their essays to printing articles and paired texts. The anchor charts and markers make awesome visuals and reminders while we write such as author's purpose, structure of a narrative, etc.

About my class
