Everyday students spend lots of time reading and soft seats will give my students a little more comfort when reading individually in the classroom. Book totes will allow them to carry books home to practice reading skills. Writing is also a skill we work on everyday and writing journals will help them to work on writing skills and create their own stories. iPads are used in our classroom in a variety of ways, and with headphones students will be less distracted and able to focus on hearing while learning with them.
