Child Development is the first experience that most children have with the public school system. I want to be able to provide an environment that is welcoming, safe, and empowering for my children. Due to the Pandemic, it has been decided that materials should not be shared throughout the classmates, so I am being asked to provide supplies for each individual child in my classroom. I come from a Title I school where many, if not all, of my children come from low income homes who are unable to purchase items from their classroom list. The items on this list will not only help to provide my children with the materials they will need to learn safely, but they will also help them to adjust to the situation emotionally and socially using the stories.

About my class
