The tablet and the headphones will help to increase reading fluency skills that may have been lost due to distance learning and Covid. Students will be able to record themselves reading in order to improve reading fluency. Students can also practice letter sounds and sight words. My students love to read and this project will allow them to have books in their hands in the classroom. The books were chosen to spark student interest in both fiction and nonfiction topics. Specific standards that will be addressed include: R.L.3.1; R.I.3.1; R.F.3.4; S.L.3.5
