My students often tell me they don’t like to read, or they have a difficult time identifying what they do enjoy reading. I’ve used Scholastic Scope magazines in my classroom in the past, and they’ve always been popular, even with the hard-to-reach reader. There is something for every reader in this magazine! The online activities and “Behind the Scenes” videos often pique the interests of my students and encourage them to dig deeper into real world subjects. I’ve seen many stubborn, hard-to-please readers finally relax and enjoy reading with Scope.
