I am trying to start a classroom library in my class that allow students to read and relate to what they read. If I am able to get their interest then their learning rate increases 100x! Many of my students experience reading difficulties and have given up trying to read. I want to create a library that is interesting so that they feel inspired to read. Reading is necessary to be able to function in this society. Yet as educators we see so many of our students struggle. This is not acceptable and we have to do better!
