Each year, all seniors are required to complete an in-depth research assignment concerning a point of interest and then presenting their findings to others on Museum Day. The senior expert project is an extension of the curriculum, and it allows students the freedom to investigate a topic of interest to them. The project develops their skills in research, public speaking, self-motivation, note-taking, and writing. It also allows them to learn to manage their time efficiently and to organize their materials to complete the year-long assignment. Students would like to perfect their senior projects by using the Ellison die cut machine to display their letters for a more professional look.
