In these current times, school systems have been asked to rise above our situation and continue to bring education to our students. The gift of a few items will assurance in making this year a success. I am in need of a standing desk that will enable me to present my lessons to my students in a consistent manner, whether they are learning in class or virtually. The ELMO camera will be a huge game-changer! Although we are returning in the fall, many of my students are not able to return to in-person classes just yet. With the use of an Elmo document camera, I will be able to record my lessons so that my students will have access to replay the lessons to learn and practice the content, and when they return, they will be used to the method of instruction which will help them ease back into in-person classes. I am excited to teach in these new times and these items assist me to make my first year teaching a success!
