I am requesting an Apple TV for my classroom, primarily so that students will be able to better see the lessons that are going on. A typical smartboard doesn't allow videos to be cast, and oftentimes has to have the videos embedded, which then malfunctions when trying to use them. Another addition to the Apple TV instead of using the smartboard is that I would be able to have more mobility within the classroom, helping students to focus on the lesson. I have also included an Apple Stylus and iPad, which will be how I implement the AppleTV.
