Pre-K focuses on learning through play and experiences. While many students will be learning from home this fall, I don't want that to be the reason they miss out on these opportunities. At home learning kits would supply them with items to promote exploration, make connections, and engage them in our Pre-K curriculum. The items in these kits promote literacy, math, and fine motor skill. At home learning kits build equity in our community. They ensure that all students have opportunities to learn and grow no matter where they are. Students could use these items during our class zoom meetings or in their own play.
