The easel and camera will allow for me to be sure that all my students can see my work and can follow along during virtual learning. The social justice books help my students to become aware of cultural differences. I will read the books and record for the students to be able to watch and learn from. Students will participate in forums, discussions to apply what they have read. The math books will allow me to use the story to help teach math concepts. For example, when talking about place value, students remember the place value spots due to the story about the three houses. I also want my students to know how important reading is, and how it applies to many other subject areas.
