This book will allow my students to get an in-depth understanding for what it was like to for one of the perpetrators of the Holocaust. Not only are we learning about WHO the Holocaust happened to but about WHO was a part of making the Holocaust happen. To never forget what happens means to learn about how those in power managed to control others and have them perform the daily mechanics of the Holocaust. Because we are learning virtually, these books will be distributed to students so that they will be able to read at home and then participate in small group discussions. This will be beneficial for the students because they will be able to discuss their perspectives and ideas with their peers.
