We are going to begin the school year in a time of a pandemic. Physical spacing will be imperative in keeping my students safe and healthy. By providing individual LEGO creativity sets, students will be allowed to work independently within their own space. If each child has their own set, they will feel more comfortable to explore. Each student will have their own materials therefore, no limitations due to sharing. The LEGO creativity sets will motivate students and provide activities that engage in hands-on learning opportunities that cross multiple content areas. The LEGO kits I have selected will be used in engineering tasks, learning math concepts like fractions and multiplication, print making, and story telling.
