We are offering a new class at our middle school this year called Principles of Agriculture. This class fulfills high school requirements of an introductory agriculture class before students can take other AG classes in high school. These tools and storage solutions will help my students learn hands-on skills they can apply later in life. In agriculture classes, students not only get to learn about growing crops and animals, but they also learn leadership skills and soft skills that many students are lacking as they leave high school. These skills will help push them to the front at job interviews and in life. Our students learn best through hands-on participation and experimentation. The class sets of tools and supplies will help the students be able to learn through skill attainment in hands-on learning.
