Flexible seating teaches students how to self-regulate or make personal adjustments that help them work to their maximum potential. Students are given a choice of the best fit seating for them so they can be successful in the classroom. I'm hoping to create a comfortable and flexible environment in my seating arrangements. It's sometimes difficult for students to focus for long periods of time. The materials asked for will allow students to have a little bit of choice in how they learn. Flexible seating allows students to move and wiggle, increasing oxygen flow to the brain. Flexible seating is super beneficial for students, allowing them to stay more focused and alert.
