Seat storage sacks will be used for the individual materials of my students. With the new social distance protocols, we cannot share basic daily materials. In the past, we had community materials, shared by tables of students. My classroom doesn't have individual desks, just tables. Seat storage pockets will store the materials of each student and give them a sense of independence. This will also allow students to practice organizational skills. Individual book baggies allow children to have their own personal library in a bag. Every year, the students are so excited when they get their brand new baggies and book shop for the first time. Fostering a love of reading in my students is very important. A love of reading opens the doors to learn about anything through books.
