These magazines are used on a weekly basis to enhance blended language learning. We do not use a textbook in my French class and locating authentic language resources that are appropriate to my students' language levels is extremely challenging. With these magazines, students learn vocabulary, language structures, cultural traditions, and current events and important individuals in the Francophone world. These serve as authentic resources to stimulate reading, listening, writing, and speaking in a second (or third language). This helps students to become better global citizens who seek to understand and be a part of solutions.
