In a world with Covid-19, we have one more obstacle to challenge us in the coming school year! Music class has to look very different! My goal is to ensure my students have their own supplies and equipment in order to provide the safest environment to learn and keep the music going. The items in this project will help to create personal music kits for each student at my school: Bingo markers/popsicle will allow my smallest learners to create music in iconic notation Dry erase markers/page protectors will allow students to write and create music in standard musical notation Dowel rods will serve as rhythm sticks or drumsticks to make their creations come to life And, all supplies will be stored in their own zipper pouch! These items will help turn any classroom in our school or space in our house into a place where we can make music together safely. With your help, we can keep the music going no matter where we are learning!
