Think back...remember memorizing your multiplication facts? How about learning to play the recorder? Long division? That was your 4th grade school year. Now...imagine learning these things virtually. Yikes! My fourth graders and I will be starting the school year 100% online. Help us make the best of this situation and turn "lemons into lemonade". The items I've requested will help us get off to as normal-as-possible start to the 2020-21 school year. The dry erase board will serve as a whiteboard for lessons and will be used daily. Chart paper and markers will help us write down methods for solving Math problems, as well as to record whole-group brainstorming ideas and writing activities. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow me to purchase digital lessons and adaptable materials. These are uncharted waters and we will learn together and from each other as we go along. Thank you so much for considering supporting our fourth grade class while we quarantine.
