I am requesting Snap Circuits FM Radio Kits. STEM projects and other various forms of experiential learning are the new way to grab student attention and keep it from wandering towards every other teen distraction that is so intrusive today. Offering my students this opportunity to construct FM radios will place students in the early 20th century and inspire them to get out of their comfort zone and understand how the world changed. Beyond being an exciting hands-on project, students will be completing this project during the same time that we discuss topics like Fire Side Chats, Orson Welles, Louis Armstrong and much more.
