Due to the COVID situation my students are forced to learn remotely. Whether teaching my students how to refuse drugs, manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel/show empathy for others, establish/maintain positive relationships, or how to balance chemical equations, the Nearpod platform will enable me to create and access interactive lessons. For example, Virtual Field Trips, Collaborative Boards, Polls, Matching Pairs, Video Making for presentations, and more. These activities will help me prepare engaging lessons that will improve and increase student attention, desire to learn, social interaction, technology literacy, and ultimately increase their academic achievement.

About my class
