With the various language and math activities, I will be able to work one on one or in small groups with children to build up their skills in language and math! In these small groups, activities will be fun and engaging for students and will encourage authentic learning for each of them. Some of the games children will be familiar with, such a bingo. With their prior knowledge, they will be able to engage in the activities in a new way. These connections made while playing will translate into life long learning. This materials will make a difference in children’s lives because they will be hands in, tactical learning opportunities verses just handing out a work sheet for students to complete. Authentic learning makes for a life long learner!
