The yoga mats will allow us to space students apart on the floor 6 feet rather than cramming 4 students at a table. This will allow my young students the freedom to move around a bit but still keep them at a safe distance from their peers and provide a comfortable, visual boundary for their learning space. The mats are easy to disinfect and also inspire healthy movement and a calming area for mindfulness exercises and brain breaks during our day. Yoga is a great activity for the body and mind! The mats will be useful all day for classwork, reading stories, and movement exercises!

About my class
