With the use of white boards the options are unlimited! Students will minimize cross contamination and be able to quickly give answers before/during/after a lesson. I can also reuse worksheets and minimize the paper usage in the community with the sleeves. I am a first year bilingual teacher and want to give my students an organized yet, a well decorated classroom that will motivate them to learn and achieve their goals. I believe in rewards students with goodies after a kind act, high grades, or as an incentive to learn. Books are the most important thing that helps decide their future. With an assortment of amazing books they will be engaged in their reading.
