During these unprecedented times, our 1st grade team is striving to find ways to maintain meaningful contact with our students while they learn virtually at home. We believe that the premium Brain Pop Jr. subscription will provide valuable tools to enable us to engage more of our students much more effectively. Brain Pop Jr. is a digital interface that would be very easy for these young learners to use to take control of their virtual learning. It covers all content areas and would deepen the understanding of student knowledge of different concepts. The premium subscription provides more access to videos and engaging interactive quizzes connected to Common Core Standards. This will be key to providing students with a means to demonstrate understanding of core concepts and a mode for us to help keep these young learners invested in their learning while they are learning from home. . This software is extremely user friendly and provides a variety of tools for students to use (videos, interactive quizzes, assignments etc.) . The premium subscription also enables teachers to gain more access to the different content that is posted on Brain Pop Jr. This will help keep our assignments and assessments in an engaging format during remote learning. Our team hopes that with the Brain Pop Jr. subscription, we will be able to make deeper and more meaningful connections with our students during such strange circumstances.
