Although I still do not know what my District's plan for the new school year is, my students and I appreciate your support! I notice my students are more engaged and eager to learn when they are given flexible seating options in a comfortable learning environment. The stools and bean bag chairs will give students a chance to get away from their desk and collaborate with peers. I was recently switched from teaching Math to ELA so the books on my list will help create a classroom library where students can choose books they are interested in. I hope they are inspired to pick up a book and read!
