During the coronavirus pandemic teaching, learning, and reading are all taking place online. School and public libraries are either closed or have limited hours and services. Many of my students do not have books to read for pleasure at home or the ability to purchase book that pique their interest. The school library is a resource they depend on to dig into their deepest fantasies, uncover historical events, and build upon areas of interest. With this resource being lost, these forever books will be incentive for students to keep reading and take a few moments away from the screen.
